Casa Cascada is an architect-designed villa which has been fitted and furnished to the highest standard. It is surrounded by a delightful Mediterranean style garden and benefits from a stylish infinity pool and adjacent terrace with stunning views over Puerto de Addaya marina. There is a shaded patio area with a table and chairs for alfresco dining with 2 exterior ceiling fans. The villa is air conditioned (room controlled) with choice of temperature. There are adjustable insect screens fitted to most windows. The village centre is an easy 10 minute walk with a number of bars, restaurants and shops.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally on a Friday. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am. Special arrangements may be possible to match flights on other days, particularly in the low season.

The villa is prepared for your arrival. A welcome food pack is included. All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly when the villa is cleaned. Pool towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. |

Accessibility
Please note that due to steps leading up to the villa it may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.
Outside
There is private 8 x 4m (approx) infinity pool and adjacent terracing with sun loungers. The villa is surrounded by a delightful Mediterranean style garden. A shaded patio area seats 8 people.
Coast/Beach
A 3 minute walk brings you into the Puerto de Addaya which has a small friendly bar, ideal to meet up with friends by the waterside. Na Macaret beach offers a safe environment for children and Arenal, both a 5 minute drive, offers a large sandy beach with shops, bars and restaurants. For something very special, take a 15 minute drive to Fornells well known for its shallow waters where various water sports are taught, and where you will also find some excellent restaurants.
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course at Son Parc, drive time about 10 minutes away.
Travel
Mahon airport is about 25 minutes by car to the villa. Port Mahon has a number of ferries each week visiting the mainland. Although there is a fairly reliable bus service covering the island it is advisable to hire a car to see Menorca at its best.
Distances
A 7 min walk from the villa brings you into the heart of the village with its bars, restaurants, supermarket, newspaper/gift shop and boat chandlers where boats can be hired. A children’s play ground has recently been erected, this can be found by following the main road through, out towards the headland which looks across to Na Macaret, 2 mins by car, walking 10 mins from the villa.
Further details
If you feel you have relaxed enough why not try some cycling, horse-riding, or even walking or tennis. They are all available within a short distance away.
Booking notes
Please confirm with owner availability of villa. A deposit of 20% will be required with booking. Final payment due 8 weeks prior to departure, keys to the villa and travel instructions will be sent upon receipt. A refundable deposit of £100 is requested to cover breakages and damage.
