Bedroom 1 is tastefully decorated and furnished with a large king size bed, 1 single bed and fitted wardrobes. It has windows which over looks the pool and the garden.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes. |

The bathroom is with shower, wc, towel dryer and a washing machine. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is well kitted out with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. |

There is a large lounge and dining area with french doors which open on to the terrace. There is a television, radio/CD and DVD player. |
Cleaning/towels/

All bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels, beach towels are supplied and the apartment is cleaned once a week and all bedlinen and towels changed. |
Notes on accommodation
We would ask people not to smoke in the rooms but outside on the terrace, please use ashtrays.

Accessibility
The apartment would suit all ages as it is situated on the harbour of Porto Petro with its superb restaurants and shops. Dive enthusiasts will find a special school. There is also boat hire and boat trips available in the village. Car hire is not necessary but would give you access to the beautiful coves and beaches of this corner of Mallorca.
Outside
The terrace has sun loungers and an eating area complete with table and chairs overlooking the garden and the pool. The pool is 20 metres and for the sole use of the complex which has 13 apartments.
Coast/Beach
There are some of the best beaches on the island only a few kilometres from the apartment, Mondrago which is a 20 minute walk, Cala Egos, and Cala D'Es Pou.
Golf
The nearest golf course is 7kms from the apartment at Vall D'Or.
Special interest holidays
During the summer months, Porto Petro has a dive centre/school, the area being renown for its crystal clear waters and Cala Mondrago is only few minutes away. There are many lovely lanes in the area and bike rental is available in Porto Petro and Cala D'Or.
Travel
Porto Petro is a 50 minute drive from the airport, and car hire is not essential, but if you wish to see some of the beautiful villages and mountains it is recommended. We can arrange for collection and delivery from and to the airport, if required.
Distances
Porto Petro is situated 3kms from Cala D'Or, where there are many shops, bars, restaurants and discotheques. Cala Figuera which is lovely fishing village is 12kms away, and Santanyi which has a market on Saturday in the village square is only 5kms from the apartment.
Further details
Porto Petro has many small restaurants, all reasonably priced, and there is a small supermarket. The glass bottom boat leaves from Porto Petro and there is also a small train that goes through the village to Mondrago and Cala D'Or.
Booking notes
There is a 25% non-refundable deposit payable on booking, with the full balance 8 weeks prior the departure. There is also £100 refundable damage deposit.
