Spacious walled garden/patios (100 ft) with private (12ft ish) plunge pool, barbecue, outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
Many beautiful beaches a short drive away. Mahon is well placed for access to the south of the island. The large town of Ciutadella at the extreme end of the island is approximately a 40 mins drive. Ciutadella also has an old harbour with delicious fish restaurants and small boutiques. Typical local markets.

Golf
Golf course at Son Parc approximately 20 minutes drive. Tennis courts a short drive (very healthy walk) away.
Ten pin bowling, 2 minutes' walk (great for both young children and all adults).

Travel
Mahon Airport 5 kilometres away with easy transport either by Taxi (14 euros approx) or Local Bus. Access from Mainland Spain via the Port of Mahon from Barcelona.

Distances
Menorca is the perfect location for exploring the many golden beaches and bars, local towns, places of historic interest. Remember the island is only approximately 40 miles at its longest, so easy reach for a different beach every day!

Further details
The property is ideally suited to for a long weekend break or regular holiday. Nearby activities include yachting/sailing, gourmet dining out as well as simple pizzeria-style dining.
Enjoy exploring the many beautiful coastal locations, good swimming and snorkeling.
Property would suit either a family or 3 or 4 couples.

We usually take full payment to reserve your booking. 2 weeks before your departure (a £200 breakages deposit is also required) we will send instructions and a guide to Menorca and our own recommendations on places to visit and dine in style.

Guest comments
We love the island of Menorca and staying in Mahon allowed us easy access to the harbour for our yachting course. The house was great and we barbecued in the garden on a couple of occasions. Jean and Peter.

We usually have a beach holiday but staying in Mahon Town allowed us to experience a beautiful town and harbour with lots going on throughout the day and evening. We visited Binibeca Beach and Son Bou only a short drive away. We liked the house and felt really at home. Not having to drive to a restaurant in the evening enabled us both to "sample" the local wines. Gary, Ann and Family.

We visited in May for a long weekend away from it all. Staying in Mahon gave us everything we wanted. Low cost airline flight with a short transfer to the property gave us a stress free and chic 4 days. The property was roomy and well looked after. Everything we could possibly have wanted.
