The rental prices above are per individual villa per week and not per person in UK Pounds. Additional items available for rental without obligation are, fans, cot, highchair, food pack is available upon request. Friday arrivals, some Monday arrivals see dates available on pricing table. Bookings now taken for 2009 at early bird offers.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday but we do have some on Monday, arrival time 4pm although we do try and get all our guests into the villa as soon as possible. Departure 10am.

San Clara (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

San Clara has been beautifully designed and furnished with quality furniture and fabrics creating a lovely light and fresh atmosphere throughout the entire villa. The lounge has two large patio doors which both lead out to the lovely private terrace and shaded arched dining area which is a wonderful place to sit back relax and watch your family have fun in the new swimming pool whilst sipping a nice cool drink and enjoying the lovely views across Binibecca Vell to the sea beyond. The lounge is furnished with brand new comfortable wicker settees, satellite English TV, DVD, CD, DVD’s, books, toys and games to entertain the whole family. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. The master bedroom and twin bedroom are beautifully furnished incorporating lovely designer fabrics. The full bathroom services both bedrooms. Private steps lead down to the pool area.

Notes on accommodation
The villas are ideal for individual families, two families or friends who want to holiday together but still want their own privacy. The owners of San Patricia and San Clara personally welcome all guests to the villas with champagne and chocolates on arrival; they live on the island all year round and take great pride in the preparation and presentation of the villas ensuring that all services and cleanliness are of the highest standard. The personal service and quality of accommodation is excellent and if in the unlikely event that one of the guests may be poorly they are available 24 hours a day to assist giving total peace of mind.

The villas are very well equipped with lots of extras to make your holiday very special, lots of games, books, DVDs and toys to entertain the whole family. In the grounds are, play tables and children’s seating areas. Special touches 2 sumptuous bathrobes, guest welcome beverage tray, luxury bathroom welcome basket and a kitchen utilities basket.

Outside
The brand new 8x4 swimming pool with internal steps and brand new terrace is a lovely place to relax and unwind beautifully furnished with loungers to lie and watch the children in the pool.

Sea views from the two private dining terraces make them the ideal spot to relax and watch the boats pass by. The swimming pool is only for the use of the two villas, barbecue for each villa.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful white sandy beach at Binibecca has a lovely rustic beach bar where you can sit relax and enjoy a cool drink while feeling the warm sand beneath your feet, truly bliss.

Golf
Son Parc 18 hole golf course is approx 45 mins drive away from the villa by car andoffers professional tuition, buggy and club hire, driving range and a lovely bar and restaurant to relax after a game of golf.

Travel
The airport at Mahon is 20 mins away, as is the fabulous Port of Mahon with its millionaire boats and cafes lining the entire length. Car hire is not essential. There is a little train that runs along the coast between Binibecca and the next resort of Punta Prima.

Distances
Binibecca fishing village is very famous on theisland is only8 mins walk from the villa, which includes retaurants cafes bars. The larger towns of San Lluis 8 mins by car and Mahon 15 mins by car have more shops and restaurants.

Further details
Sports enthusiasts will not be disappointed, diving is 8 mins away, tennis courts 8 mins away and further afield sailing, fishing and wind-surfing 10 mins drive away. The supermarkets shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance of the villa and are open Menorquian times, there is also a delightful larger supermarket only 5 mins by car away from the villa open all year round. Tennis, football, basketball, diving, children’s play park are just some of the facilities within the area. The local bus service in season which takes you to the capital of Mahon withits wonderful port shops harbour side restaurants and cafes. Upon arrival at San Clara and San Patricia you will find 2 large guests welcome books, these have been meticulously prepared by the owners with all the possible information that you could require about the villa, its facilities, its location, Binibecca Vell, shops, restaurants, best beaches and place of interest for the whole family. The second book is full of information with regards to sporting and children’s activities, which will keep the entire family entertained, this also includes indoor activities available.

Booking notes
To book San Clara and San Patricia is very easy, once you have confirmed that your holiday dates are available a booking form will be sent to you via email to complete. A 25% deposit is payable by english cheque or direct payment into a uk bank at the time of booking, the remainder is required 8 weeks before your holiday start date, we do ask for a £200 security deposit which will be returned to you.
