This lovely Menorcan town house is situated in the quiet village of Es Castell. It has amazing uninterrupted views of the entrance to Mahon harbour, the 2nd deepest natural harbour in the world. There are many fantastic restaurants within walking distance and also a military museum in the square of the village. The house is very rustic and maintains a traditional Menorcan charm. This well equipped house provides a great place to relax, including a private garden and pool area. It also is a good base from which you can visit the many beautiful places, including beaches, historical sites and breathtaking countryside.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Winter rentals can be arranged at a reduced cost.

Changeover day
We are happy to accept bookings with arrivals and departures on any day. Checking in time is 3pm and checking out is 10am on the day of departure.

Living Rooms: There are 2 lounge areas, a downstairs lounge with two sofas off the dining area and a large upstairs lounge with a large sofa and comfortable chairs, TV, DVD, video and Satellite digital Sky box. Balcony area off upper lounge.
Other: Dining area situated in downstairs lounge.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All utility costs, towels and linen (1 large towel, 1 small towel per person) are included. Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis. The house is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival, but additional cleans may organised at extra cost.

Private rear garden and patio area. Private swimming pool of approx 8x4m. Sun loungers/outside dining table and chairs. Gas barbecue. Sun umbrella. Outside lighting.

Coast/Beach
There are several beaches located within a 15 minute drive. Varying from long sandy beaches to small rocky covers. Highly recommended are Son Bou, Binibequer, Punta Prima, Mesquida and Alcafar.

Golf
The nearest golf course is at Son Parc Golf on the north coast of the island approx 30 minutes by car.

Travel
The only airport on the island is Mahon Airport located just 10 mins away by car. Car hire is essential if you wish to explore the island and visit the many beaches.

Distances
The house is situated in the village of Es Castell. Mahon 5 mins by car or 20 minutes walk. Ciutadella 45 mins by car. Alaior 20 mins by car.

Further details
The nearest supermarket is SPAR and is a 5 min walk away. Banks and post offices are all within walking distance. There is a vast selection of restaurants in the village and the best located in the idyllic port of Calas Fons, which is only a 5 min walk away.

Booking notes
We find that availability can change very quickly. Should you wish to make a booking, we would ask for a deposit of £100 pounds sterling. We send you an invoice for the final balance 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
