The entrance hall leads into the attractive lounge/dining room which has Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels including BBC) and DVD player. Floor to ceiling patio doors lead out onto two sides to the lawned garden and pool area. The well fitted traditional kitchen leads off from the main dining area and comes complete with a dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is situated in the laundry for your added convenience. An inner hall leads to the three very pretty bedrooms, all tastefully furnished.

Coast/Beach
Villa on top of the natural harbour/cove of Binisafua, next to this a deep rocky inlet provides wonderful snorkeling and, with its man-made platforms is a great place for sand-free swimming, snorkeling/diving and sunbathing. There is bar/restaurant overlooking the seafront which serves excellent fresh fish. The beautiful beach of Binisafua is just 5 minutes walk away and Binibeca beach is 5 minutes driving.
Golf
20 minutes from 18 hole golf course.
Travel
Mahon airport and Mahon ferry terminal are both about 10 kilometres (15 minutes drive) away. Although there is a cashpoint, a small supermarket and a number of restaurants in Binibeca Vell (which is 5 minutes walk from the house) a hire car is strongly recommended as the island has many beautiful places to visit.
Distances
Nearest town is Sant Lluis, 5 kms. away. Mahon, the capital is 10kms. And Ciudadela, a must, at the other end of the island is 45kms. Fornells, famous for its restaurants on the North Coast is 29kms.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. All payments by bank transfer. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If booking within 8 weeks of the holiday the whole amount is due at the time of booking.
