Changeover day
Preferred changeover is Friday. We can be flexible, during certain times. You can gain access to the villa by 14.00 (earlier if the clients before you, leave early). The villa must be vacated by 10am (unless the next clients in have a late arrival).

Notes on accommodation
We can hire cots and highchairs if required for a small charge of 10 euros a week respectively. We can supply a 3G broadband internet supply at 30 euros with 20 euros credit included.

Outside
The terrace houses a private Jacuzzi which can be temperature controlled. There is also a small splash pool to the side of the villa, the pool is ideal for families with small children. There are sunbeds, patio furniture with umbrella and sunshade. You will also find a barbecue.

Coast/Beach
The beach is in a safe secluded bay, with crystal clear turquoise water. It is ideal for swimming, fishing, diving, snorkeling or relaxing on a lilo. The beach can be reached from stairs, they are situated as you turn right outside the gate, it will take about 5 mins to walk down. You can also walk to the town and catch the tractor train that runs up and down until 10pm. Or if you are feeling energetic you can walk to the beach from the town approx 10 mins. Driving will take you two minutes.

Golf
The nearest golf course in approx 30 mins car drive at Son Parc.

Travel
The nearest airport is Mahon. It takes between 10 and 15 mins to reach the resort from the airport, by taxi. It is not essential to hire a car as everything is within easy reach from where the villa is situated. There is parking directly outside the property. If you would like to do some sightseeing, it could be an advantage.

Distances
The port and capital of Mahon is worth a visit, it has a some great shops, there are also many bars and restaurants. If you like boats, there is plenty to see in Mahon harbour. San Clemente is the next town, 5 mins drive. Alaior, is a typical Spanish village, approx 20 mins drive. Ciutadella, which used to be the capital is approx 50 mins by car.

Further details
There is a hairdressers in Cala'n Porter, a pharmacy, car hire companies, bank and money exchange bureau. You will also find approx. four pools that are attached to bars for the use of the general public. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from in the resort and several offer evening entertainment in the high season. The bars and restaurants also welcome children. The Fun House, is an excellent place for children and teens. It has playstations, table tennis, snooker, air hockey, bouncy castles, climbing frames and for the adults a licensed bar, while you watch your children. There are three supermarkets in the resort and they do offer a delivery service. Son Bou has a bowling alley, that is approx 20 mins by car. It's a good night out. There are two water parks on the island. A small one is situated in Son Bou the other in Cuitadella. There are many places of interest in Menorca, museums, architecture, bird watching at es Grau, lovely beaches and it is steeped in history.

Booking notes
When booking, the requirement is a deposit of £150 and the balance of the holiday is due eight weeks prior to departure. The deposit is non refundable. When the balance is paid, the directions to the villa are sent to you with all the information you require. Luggage can be left at the villa if you arrive early or have a late departure.
