Changeover day
We try to be flexible on changeover day where possible. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure no later than 10am unless by prior arrangement.

Travel
Palma de Mallorca airport is 25km away. Car hire is recommended, although local taxi services are excellent.
Distances
Costa d'en Blanes is an exclusive housing area with 24-hour security at the entranceway, in front of the chic marina of Puerto Portals and only a few minutes away from golf Royal Bendinat, Santa Ponsa and Son Vida golf resorts courses, numerous beaches and next to the "Na Burguesa nature reserve". Ideal for nature fans, mountain bicycle sports and golf players.
Further details
The entire house has central air conditioning and heating. TV, CD, DVD available in the sitting room. Internet wifi is available upon request. Laptop computer also available. The semi detached house has been furnished to a very high standard traditional teak dining table, high quality sofas mixing traditional furniture with stylish accessories. Includes art painted by renowned artists. In Christmas weeks it also includes a discrete Christmas decoration (upon request). The private pool is perfect for kids as it has separate doors that can be closed leaving the garden fully available.
Booking notes
All prices are per week, normally from Saturday to Saturday, and for a maximum of 6 people. A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of 750 euros cash will be taken as security against breakages upon arrival. We will offer discounts for rentals of 3 weeks or more. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental. Full payment is due at time of booking if within 8 weeks of departure date.
