Large white towels for indoor and navy towels for the pool are provided. Towels and linen changed weekly. Villa and terrace cleaned weekly. Pool is cleaned twice a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Beach towels not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Unsuitable for children who are unable to swim as the pool is situated close to the house and is not fenced in. The house is set within a large country property and is located near to the owners house but remains very private.

The house is not adapted to wheelchair use.
Outside
Outdoor area has teak table with 6 chairs and umbrella set under olive tree, freestanding barbecue. 4 armchairs with side table set within pebbled garden with wild olive and lemon trees. 4x8m swimming pool with 6 sun lounges on wooden decking with 2 umbrellas. On the first floor terrace there is a table with 4 chairs and a sun lounger. We are also able to provide 2 bikes and snorkeling gear.
Coast/Beach
10 mins to beautiful beaches and little coves. Water skiing available 10 mins away.
Golf
10 mins drive to beautiful Vall DŽor golf course overlooking the countryside with sweeping views to the sea. There is a training school and practice area.
Travel
40 mins to Palma airport, 50 mins to the port of Palma, 2km to nearest village with banks, supermarkets, petrol station.
Distances
2km to the nearest villages of Santanyi and Alqueria Blanca. On Wednesday and Saturday it is market day in Santanyi. One of the more traditional markets on the island selling fruit, vegetables and local handicrafts. 10km to picturesque fishing villages of Cala Figuera, Porto Petro and Porto Colom. The south east coast is considered the most unspoilt area of the island with traditional fishing, country villages and natural beaches with crystal clear water.
Further details
There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the area whether set in the countryside or by the sea or in the beautiful surrounding villages. Many are within 5 mins. We have written our own guide to the area which we can email to guests prior to their arrival and would be happy to make restaurant reservations for guests.
