The villa with its own private pool is located within a 5 min walk of the resort centre, where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Furnished to a very high standard, it has a large master bedroom and 2 further twin bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and one with a shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The lounge/diner has leather sofas, digital TV and CD player, and dining table and chairs. Outside, the villa has a terraced area with table and chairs for outside dining. The pool has a large terrace area with sunbeds ideal for a relaxing holiday. The property has off-road parking and is fully enclosed, making it ideal for families with children. The beautiful secluded beach is about 5 mins away and can be accessed by steps, road or by the road train.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. You will be able to enter the property on arrival after 4pm and you must vacate by 10am on departure day unless agreed otherwise. Changeover day is flexible from late October until early May.

Accessibility
This villa is all on one level.
Outside
The villa has its own private pool with plenty of sun bathing. A terrace with sun beds and a table and chairs, and parasol. There is also off road parking.
Coast/Beach
The beach is about a 10 min walk away and can be reached by steps. There is also a free car park and the drive down will take 2 mins. A mini road train also runs to and from the beach. The beach is a beautiful, secluded, white sandy cove with crystal clear sea. There are sunbeds and parasols for hire. There is also a shop, restaurant and bar serving food, drinks and ice creams.
Golf
There is a golf course approx 30 mins drive away in the resort of Son Parc.
Travel
The resort of Cala'n Porter is about a 10/15 min drive from the airport or about £15 in a taxi. A car is not essential as you have everything you could want in Cala'n Porter but we do recommend that you hire one for a few days at least as the island is so beautiful and well worth seeing.
Distances
The centre of Cala'n Porter is a short walk from the villa with plenty of bars, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The capital of Mahon is about 20 mins drive with many shops and a beautiful harbour.
Further details
In the resort of Cala'n Porter there is also a bank, hairdressers, chemist, supermarkets and shops. There is a taxi rank, bus stop and several car hire firms should you wish to see more of the island.
Booking notes
A £250 per week deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Please note we only accept 14 night bookings in high season.
