Downstairs is a fully furnished lounge with air conditioning, TV, DVD and a sofa bed. Patio door open onto a sun terrace only a few steps away from a large, split level swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including oven / hob, a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Attached is a separate utility room with a washing machine and laundry facilities. There is a family bathroom upstairs and an additional shower room downstairs. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool and countryside, and a twin bedroom. The village (200m walk) has a mini-market, newsagents, souvenir shop, four bar / restaurants, a dive centre and tennis courts.

Outside
Casa Eire is at the end of a quiet cul de sac with ample on road parking. This villa maximises on sunshine however a large sunshade and shaded terrace can offer an escape. There are four sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. The pool is shared with the 7 other villas and contains a shallow children’s area in addition to the main pool, moving from approximately 1m to 2m deep. There is a poolside shower and a shared BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
Menorca offers a wealth of beautiful beaches, being just a few mins drive away from Arenal d'en Castell and Son Parc. Another beautiful beach is Son Bou which is a 20 min drive away.
Golf
The championship quality golf course at Son Park is a 10 min drive away and is suitable for both the novice and experienced golfer.
Travel
Casa Eire is only 15 mins away from the airport and capital city Mahon. Car hire is recommended to allow the chance to explore the whole island at your leisure.
Distances
It is only a 2 min walk to local shops and restaurants. Arenal 3km has a number of restaurants and shops to browse. Fornells 9km a fishing village has a number of shops and restaurants, ideal location for a stroll and lots of opportunity to test out your fishing nets. Mahon is 15km away and has a number of shops, restaurants and bars. A market is held on a Tuesday and Saturday. Cuitadella 40km away and is the old capital with lots of historical interest.
