Changeover day
Departure day can be any day as long as it fits in with other bookings. On departure day you have to vacate by 10.00am and on arrival day you can enter the property any time after 3.00pm.

Number 14 (3 Bedroom, Sleeps 6/8)

The bungalow consists of 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin bedrooms), bathroom with shower over bath, lounge/dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and a three ring hob. In the lounge there is a television and DVD player. (There is no aerial and therefore the television is only for use with the DVD).

Number 5 (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4/6)

The bungalow consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin). There are two sofa beds in the lounge area (if 2 or more of them are children). There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, lounge/dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and a three ring hob. In the lounge there is a television and DVD player. (There is no aerial and therefore the television is only for use with the DVD).

Notes on accommodation
The complex is suitable for children. All accommodation is one level and the pool has a children's shallow end.

Outside
The bungalows have a terrace area complete with table, chairs and two sunloungers, communal gardens and swimming pool.

Coast/Beach
There are two beaches within walking distance of the complex. The first, Son Xoriguer is just 200m from the complex where you can enjoy the clear waters and sandy beach or take part in the water sports on offer. Only 300m in the other direction is the blue flag beach of Cala'n Bosch, where again you can enjoy the clear waters and sandy beach.

Golf
Approx. 30 minutes by car is the Club de Golf Son Parc. The Club was designed by Dave Thomas and it's the nearest of all of the Balearic Island Golf Courses to the sea. Surrounded by natural beauty such us pine trees, and peacocks. The Course is situated in the Center of the Menorca Island.

Special interest holidays
UNESCO protected place, Menorca is rich in pre historical sites (Taulas, Taliots, Navetas) spread over the island. Waterpark and karting in Cala'n Bosch. Typical spanish and international restaurants in Ciutadella harbour, the most important place in the Menorca past history.

Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 50kms away. Ciutadella harbour is only 10kms away. The complex is only a 5 minute walk to the main marina area of Cala'n Bosch where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants, chemist, doctors, shops etc can be found. Therefore, it is not essential to have car hire. Everything you need is within walking distance. The local bus service is also an excellent way to get around, cheap, frequent and reliable.

Distances
The nearest town of Ciutadella is only 10kms away where you can find the beautiful cathedral (the only cathedral on the island). Mahon, the capital, is approximately 50kms away and there is a regular bus service from Ciutadella to Mahon.

Further details
Right next to the complex you can find car hire offices and a supermarket. In Cala'n Bosch you can also find the aqua park and go-carting track as well as lots of other children's facilities (such as mini train, bouncy castles, trampolines, mini golf, ball pools etc). From the marina there are boat trips to the North and South of Ciutadella. Some boat trips are all day ones and then there are the half day trips but all offer wonderful views and swimming and diving from the boat.
