Accessibility
The villa is accessed by 2 short flights of steps.
Outside
Private pool approx 5m x 3m, large terrace at the front with table and chairs, patio area around the pool with sun-loungers, tables and chairs. Mobile BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The twin beaches at Cala Sant Vicente are a 10 minute walk from the villa. The lovely sandy beaches at Puerto Pollenca are a 10 minute drive away.
Golf
Pollenca golf course is a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Palma airport is 45 minute drive. Car hire can be easily arranged from the airport prior to travelling.
A car is highly recommended to explore the island, but is not essential as all local amenities are within walking distance.
Distances
Puerto Pollenca beach and Pollenca town are a 10 minute drive. The beach at Formentor is 25 minutes by car.
Further details
Cala Sant Vicente has numerous restaurants and bars, as well as a bank, car hire, a small supermarket and various other shops. Internet access is available at the mini-golf course in the town.
