Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has 4 steps leading from the public pathway to the gate of the apartment. Inside the apartment there are steps to and from the bedroom and kitchen. The building is situated on a "walkway" which leads down to the harbour and restaurants, bars etc, this walkway consists of steps from the apartment down to the harbour area.
Outside
The apartment has two good sized terraces both with views to the harbour and mountains. There is a table and chairs for outside dining/drinks.
Coast/Beach
Port de Soller has two beaches one of which is within 5 minutes walk and the second within 15 minutes.
Travel
Palma airport is 35 kilometres from the Port.

Port de Soller has two separate beaches, a picturesque working harbour and many shops, restaurants and cafe bars. The nearby town of Soller, which can be reached by a short trip on the vintage tram, boasts a beautiful church and square surrounded by cafes and shops. The mountain village of Fornalutx, only 15 minutes drive, is a must to visit with it's narrow, cobbled street and striking cluster of ancient houses. Also a short drive away is the village of Deia famous for it's artists, poets and writers, and, of course, the magnificent Hotel Residencia. A little further afield is the town of Valldemossa set in spectacular mountain scenery which has a 17th century monastery, and plenty of attractions for the visitor.
