A traditional village property situated in the village of Torret. It has off-street parking, sufficient for at least two cars. It enjoys a private pool surrounded by a terrace with a pagoda and chimenea BBQ. There is also a gas BBQ on a sunken terrace close to the kitchen. The village is within walking distance and contains three restaurants. There is also a local family run supermarket a few minutes drive away. Sant Lluis is the local town with a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Local beaches are only 5/10 minutes drive away and range from sandy beaches to rocky coves.

The property is not ideal for wheelchair users.

Outside
The house has a large gravel parking area sufficient for at least two cars. In the front of the parking area is a fountain, leading on to a small terrace by the front door. The swimming pool is reached by steps through to a pagoda with a chimenea. The private pool is surrounded by a terrace, with one border of agapanthus (flowering June/July). Below the pool terrace is a sunken terrace outside the kitchen.

There are a number of beaches within a 5/10 minute drive.

Golf
There is a golf course approx. 25 mins from the house.

Mahon approx. 15 mins.

Sant Lluis, 1 mile. Mahon, approx. 5 miles.

Further details
Sant Lluis has a number of banks, together with local shops and a petrol station. We are also close to the hippodrome where trotting races are held over the weekend. A number of diving schools are only 5/10 minutes away. Tennis courts are also available outside Mahon. The sailing schools based in Fornells are about 25 min drive away.
