This (gated and private) apartment complex is very conveniently placed for the port with direct access made via the electronic secure gates. The complex boasts an excellent communal swimming pool, beautifully maintained gardens, two lifts and table tennis facilities. The apartment itself is found on the 3rd floor and enjoys fantastic views of the pool, marina and out towards the Mediteranean Sea.

Accessibility
The apartment complex has been equipped with slopes to all entrances (for wheelchair access). There are also lifts at the front and rear entrances.
Outside
Excellent communal pool, heated in colder months. Beautifully maintained gardens.
Coast/Beach
Puerto Portals offers two beaches both within a five minute walk at both ends of the Port with the magnificient port situated in the middle with its fantastic yachts and boats. The local tennis club found on the beach (near to Marineland) caters for children with its waterslide entertaining children for hours!
Golf
Nearest golf course - Royal Golf Bendinat, 3 minutes by car. Santa Ponsa Golf Courses, 10 minutes by car.
Travel
Palma airport is about a 10-15 minutes car journey. Bedinat and Illetes is about a 3 minute car journey. Palma Nova is about 10 minutes in the car. Although a car is not essential it is recommended to explore the island.
Distances
No need for a car. Nearest supermarket is a 3 minute walk, larger supermarket about 10 minutes away. Beaches 5 minute walk. Port less than a minute away. Nightlife in Palma Nova about a half hour walk or 10 minute taxi. Restaurants and bars (in the Port) less than 2 minutes away on foot.
Further details
The Port itself offers a variety of shops but Portal Nous is about five minutes walk and offers banks, more restaurants and shops. There is also scuba diving hire shop about five minutes walk away and Marineland just a few minutes beyond.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm booking, a holding deposit of £250 is also required at time of booking and will be refunded once you vacate the apartment. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Always book apartment first before arranging flights. Extras if required: Meet and Greet (pick up from airport) for upto 7 people £70 (9am-7pm) or £85 (7pm - 9am) or Meet and Greet direct at apartment £20 (9am - 7pm) or £40 (7pm to 9am) Please request at time of booking.
