Notes on prices
Pricing is for rental of the property per week in UK Pounds (GBP).
Payment in euros can be accepted at current exchange rate at time of payment equivalent the GBP rate stated for period. Out of season dates are available as well as long term winter lets, please enquire for more details.
Changeover day
Preferrably on a Monday with flexiblity upon request. Departure time by 10am on day of departure, arrival time 2pm on day of arrival.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a climate control system fitted upstairs and downstairs which provides air-conditioning in the summer months and heating in the winter. Safe enclosed pool area for children and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Patio tables and chairs plus sun loungers for up to 8 people. There is a large covered terrace plus outside seating with table and chairs under pergola, giving privacy. BBQ, 8m x 4m swimming pool with a shallow end with steps for access for children and elderly which slopes to a 7ft deep end. Outside is a grassed area which can be used for ball games and badminton.
Coast/Beach
Son Parc beach is a 5 min drive with its own car park area or approx. 10-15 walk. This is a beautiful sandy beach which is safe for children and you can hire sunbeds, umbrellas, pedaloes and canoes, there is also a lifeguard on duty during the season. There is also an abundance of beaches and coves all around the island waiting for you to explore.
Golf
Son Parc Golf Course is a 5 mins drive from the villa. This has recently been extended to 18 holes and has all the usual facilities, clubhouse, driving range, etc. This is the only golf course on the island complete with its own roaming peacocks and ducks!
Special interest holidays
Son Parc is close to Fornells, a well known and popular sailing resort with harbour, good for all watersports including, diving, sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing.
Travel
Mahon (Mao) airport is just a 30 minute drive, car hire is recommended so that you can explore the island. However, this is not necessary as there is a regular bus service in the resort which runs around the island. The nearest bus stop is appox. 10 minute walk. A taxi from the airport to the villa can cost approx. 50 euros each way.
Distances
Bars, restaurants and shops are approx. 500 metres. Arenal a 10 min drive, Fornells a 10 min drive, Port of Mahon a 20 min drive, and Cuitadella a 40 min drive.

Booking notes
At the time of booking a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your holiday is required. All balances to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If you are booking less than 8 weeks before arrival, please make the full payment. A £250 security deposit is also required to cover damages/breakages etc, which will be refunded at end of holiday after report from villa manager.
