The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower spray, fully fitted kitchen with all crockery and utensils you should require, lounge/dining room and a private terrace with beautiful child friendly pool, terrace and gardens. Within the gated grounds of the complex on a grassed area is a children’s play ground with swings and see-saw. Outside of the grounds you will find a basketball court, football pitch, tennis courts, fun house, go-carting, skateboarding course, waterslides and more entertainment than you can choose from. Not forgetting the beach which is just a 10 minute stroll or a short drive away. Alternatively why not catch the fun train. Amazing location with onsite bar within a complex designed to suit adults and children of all ages who are looking for a fun packed beach and pool holiday.

Changeover day
We are incredibly flexible offering changeover days to suit your travel needs so that we fit in with the cheapest flights you have found to ensure you get the best possible deal. Guests normally leave by 10am and arrive after 3pm or by prior arrangement.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, fixed key safe and bedside units. Bedroom 2 with ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and bedside units. Living room with single sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom consisting of bath with shower spray, WC, bidet, hand wash basin and mirror. |
| Kitchen: | Fitted kitchen with American bar including oven with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, coffee percolator and all the utensils and crockery you should require. |
| Living Rooms: | Living/dining room with sofa bed, coffee table, TV, DVD/CD player, dining room table and chairs. Selection of books provided. |
| Other: | A charge of 10 Euros per week is made for use of the safe with a 20 Euro refundable deposit upon return of the key. Payment upon arrival. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All required linen including bath and hand towel per person is provided fresh for each arrival and on multi week lets a change is made at 7 day intervals. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool and on the beach. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartments are set in beautiful gardens that offer plenty of amusement for children in the play area. There is a natural shade from trees plus parasols and sun loungers around the pool. Well suited to families with children due to the large swimming pool with separate shallow child’s pool and the playground area. The onsite poolside bar offers a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, meals, snacks and internet access meaning you never have to be far away from the children. (Some services at peak season only so please check with us to avoid disappointment).
Outside
The apartment boasts a private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area. Ample space to have lunch on the terrace or to relax whilst the children play in the pool & gardens.
Coast/Beach
Cala'n Porter has a beautiful sandy, gently sloping beach which is just a 10 minute walk away from the apartment accessed down steps, walkway or you can catch the mini train around the corner from the apartments or in the town centre. An ideal beach for children where they can search for crabs and fish that are easily visible in the shallows and around the rock pools at either side of the bay. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired along with pedalos and slide boats.
Golf
Son Parc professional golf course approx 30 minute drive away.

Boat trips available from Mahon harbour.
Travel
Mahon airport is 10 minutes drive or taxi ride away. Car hire is not necessary as there is a good bus service from Cala'n Porter. If car hire is required this can be arranged with a pick up at the airport or it can be arranged locally. Please remember that the usual minimum age for car hire is 25.
Distances
Mahon is 7 miles away, Alaior 6 miles, San Clement 4 miles. From Mahon bus station there are seasonal bus services to all areas of the island.
Further details
The town centre of Cala'n Porter is a few minutes walk from the apartments. In the centre there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist and a variety of other shops and evening entertainment. Free delivery of your shopping can be arranged at certain supermarkets.
Booking notes
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your holiday dates and this can be paid by credit card, cheque or transfer to our local Spanish bank. The balance is payable in Pounds Sterling upon arrival.
