The spacious apartment sleeps 4 people in two twin rooms and a further 2 persons using the sofa bed and z-bed provided. There is a complete bathroom with shower spray, fitted kitchen with American bar, lounge/dining room with sofa, table and chairs and a private terrace with views over the attractive landscaped complex grounds and swimming pool. Outside of the grounds you will find a basketball court, football pitch, tennis courts, skateboarding course, waterslides and more entertainment than you can choose from. Not forgetting the beach which is just a 10 minute stroll or a short drive away. Alternatively you can catch the land train. Amazing location with onsite bar suitable for everything from relaxing and sunbathing to nightlife and foam parties.

Changeover day
We are incredibly flexible offering changeover days to suit your travel needs so that we fit in with the cheapest flights you have found to ensure you get the best possible deal. Guests normally leave by 10am and arrive after 3pm or by prior arrangement.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, fixed key safe and bedside units. Bedroom 2 with ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, bedside units and z-bed. Living room with single sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom consisting of bath with shower spray, WC, bidet, hand wash basin and mirror. |
| Kitchen: | Fitted kitchen with American bar including oven with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, coffee percolator and all the utensils and crockery you should require. |
| Living Rooms: | Living/dining room with sofa bed, coffee table, TV, DVD/CD player, dining room table and chairs. Selection of books provided. |
| Other: | A charge of 10 euros per week is made for use of the safe with a 20 euro refundable deposit upon return of the key. Payment upon arrival. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All required linen including bath and hand towel per person is provided fresh for each arrival and on multi week lets a change is made on 7 day intervals. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool and on the beach. |

Outside
Private terrace with patio table and chairs for enjoying the weather, a few drinks and dining al fresco. Spacious landscaped gardens within the gated grounds offer peace and quiet when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Large communal terrace around the swimming pool with all day sun making it sunbather’s paradise but also offering shaded areas under parasols. The onsite poolside bar offers a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, meals, snacks and internet access. (Some services at peak season only so please check with us to avoid disappointment)
The town centre of Cala'n Porter is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. In the centre there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist and a variety of other shops and evening entertainment. Also basketball court, football pitch, tennis courts, skateboarding course, waterslides and more entertainment than you can choose from. Free delivery of your shopping can be arranged at most supermarkets.
Coast/Beach
Calan Porter has a lovely beach, sheltered by high rising cliffs at either side it makes the perfect place to sunbathe and just a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Accessed down steps, walkway or you can catch the mini train around the corner from the apartments or in the town centre the beach is ideal with sun loungers, parasols and pedalos/slide boats on hire.
Golf
Son Parc professional golf course approx 30 minute drive away.
Special interest holidays
Diving and water sports facilities available within a 30 minute drive.
Boat trips available from Mahon harbour.
Travel
Mahon airport is 10 minutes drive or taxi ride away. Car hire is not necessary as there is a good bus service from Calan Porter. If car hire is required this can be arranged with a pick up at the airport or it can be arranged locally. Please remember the usual minimum age for car hire is 25.
Distances
Mahon is 7 miles away, Alaior 6 miles, San Clement 4 miles. From Mahon bus station there are seasonal bus services to all areas of the island.
Further details
Plenty of entertainment on offer every night with a selection of bars opening until the early hours. The most popular being Flava'Bar that offers great music, pool tables, dance floor, cocktails and the only place in town to serve up a donar kebab. Don't miss the famous Cova den Xoroi night club that is set inside stunning natural caves in the cliff side. Events organised throughout the season including foam parties and well known DJs including Cala'n Porter's very own DJ Walls who runs Flava'Bar.

For same year bookings we require a 30% deposit or 50% for bookings made for the following year.
The balance is payable in Pounds Sterling upon arrival.
