Very private one bedroom apartment with amazing views from the apartment and terrace over the Port of Addaia. 5 minute drive to beaches. Restaurants and supermarket only a walk away. A wonderful place to relax, swim and enjoy the restaurants and beaches nearby. To see this beautiful island it is recommended that you hire a car.

Outside
Patio with sunbeds, table and chairs. Very large private swimming pool, barbecue, outside shower, changing room with sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach, plus pool room with dishwasher, fridge freezer, sink, oven etc.
Coast/Beach
The apartment overlooks the Marina in Puerto Addaia. The nearest beach is in Arenal d'Castell. This is about 5 minutes by car.
Golf
Menorca's 18 hole golf course at Son Parc is about 10 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
It is possible to hire boats in Fornells and also to have diving lessons on the island. Wonderful country walks and excursions nearby.
Travel
Mahon airport is 20 minutes away by car. A car is recommended to be able to see this beautiful island.
Distances
Mahon with its wonderful harbour and beautiful restaurants is 20 minutes away. Alaior, a pretty Spanish village, is about 7 minutes away and similarly a very active Spanish village called Mercadal is about 15 minutes by car. During the summer each village holds its own Fiesta with the amazing Menorcan horses.
