Changeover is usually Saturdays but this can be flexible. Guests may arrive after 2pm except by agreement. Guests must leave by 10am on departure day except by agreement.

Sant Miguel has two small supermarkets one with an excellent butcher. 1.5km away is Las Suleyetas cafe and shop which is a popular meeting place for locals and holiday makers.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is payable on booking. In the event of cancellation this deposit will only be refunded if another letting at the full rate can be secured. A damage deposit of £250 is payable in advance, to be returned after departure.
