We fell in love with this secluded detached villa when we found it tucked away at the end of a private track, only 200 metres from a main designated cycle route! We were amazed that we were only 20 minutes drive from the airport, Palma and Es Trenc beach. Even though the property is situated in a private and peaceful location, the main town of Llucmajor is only a 5 minute drive where you can find bars, restaurants and all amenities. The stunning gardens extend to over half an acre including irrigated lawns with palm, orange and lemon trees, a stone built barbeque and covered bar area. The flexible accommodation comprises of the main house with large lounge, dining room overlooking the garden and luxury fully fitted kitchen. There are 3 separate sleeping areas including a separate self contained detached guest cottage, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There really is something for everyone, whether it be cycling, golfing, wining and dining or just enjoying the sun.
