Situated in lovely resort of Cala D'or, the apartment is situated in picturesque surroundings overlooking a 50m swimming pool with Jacuzzi and bar area. The apartment is only a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and the lovely marina of Cala D'or. The lovely bays of Cala Egos are only a short stroll away. The two double, sprung sofa beds pull out to create a very comfortable bed ideal for adults or children.

Notes on accommodation
Locally, Club Martha's is 2 min walk, non residents welcome and they provide kids club and evening kids disco and kids/adult evening entertainment until midnight. No pets. There is a small supermarket just outside the apartments that sells fresh bread and English newspapers. There are two Spar supermarkets along the main strip of Cala Egos approx 5 min walk. A larger supermarket is located between Cala D’or and Cala Egos for weekly supplies car or taxi would be required.

Large balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and superb pool area. The pool is 50m long with children's pool and jacuzzi. Sunbeds surround the pool area. The bistro bar is very good value and is open March to October. There is parking space at front of apartments.

The apartment is situated on a headland with beach and coast 5 min walk in most directions. There is a rock pool with sunloungers and the marina of Cala D'or is 15 min walk.
Golf
Golf is available nearby at the stunning Val D'or course.

Cala D'or is a beautiful part of Majorca. There are restaurants that will suit all tastes. The luxury apartment is ideal for a family/adult groups looking for holiday with surperb accommodation, lovely beaches, fantastic restaurants and bars. If you do hire a car you won't be disappointed by the beautiful beaches at Cala Mondrago with its golden sands and clear water 10 min drive.

escape the british winter and save on those uk heating bills. our winter let prices include electricity. we have new sat dishes that retain all the british channels 24/7. very useful for exploring the island walking and cycling. we have other owners who spend all year in the complex so its a good community, safe and well lit.

About the owner
We are a young family with two girls, the apartment is thus kitted out with DVD's, books and games in order to keep them out of the midday sun.
the large terrace and washing machine means we can also take minimal clothes but get them washed and dried easily and without fuss.
we have stayed for years on complexes and in hotels, this really is a 5* complex but very child friendly and the bar / snack bar on the complex caters for kids meals at really cheap prices of 2-3 euro's.
Year purchased: 2007
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
its quiet unlike other parts of the island but we have the hotel Club Mathas 3 min walk away that does kids club and evening disco for kids and shows until midnight so all the attractions of staying in a hotel without having to!
Unique benefits of the property
we love being near the cala dor harbour with its million pound boats and bars, a short walk but lovely stroll through the harbour and round up into calador centre or take the little train along the same route.
also the sea cat boad stops at our little harbour and drops off at Cala Mondrago which is a just to die for beach.
