You can access the shared gardens and swimming pools from there. There is a 2nd uncovered morning terrace ideal to enjoy your breakfast outside. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available at the pool.

Palma airport is 20 minutes drive from the house.
Car hire is not essential but is recommended as to enjoy all the delights that the island has to offer. Taxi services are available and also very reliable with local bus services also on time.
Distances
The house is 10 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa village, where you will find large supermarkets and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Port Adriano, a trendy yacht harbour with lots of restaurants and local supermarkets.
Further details
Port Adriano is a short walk away and has a marina, 5 star hotel, supermarket, bakery, bar, children's park and funhouse. There are several banks and a post office in Santa Ponsa. There is a British medical centre with a 24 hour emergency service also in Sant Ponsa. The exclusive Santa Ponsa Country Club is a short distance away and offers restaurant, tennis, gym, spa, snooker, indoor and outdoor pools. Overall the location of the apartment is superb.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking and deducted from the final balance which will be due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. A security deposit of £300 is required which is fully refundable when the keys have been returned and we confirm there was no damage and any excess cleaning was not required.
