This modern and spacious apartment provides perfect accommodation for an idyllic stay in Menorca. Situated in the heart of the fashionable Port of Mahon which is visited by many yachts of the rich and famous as well as the cruise liners on a daily basis. Within a minutes stroll of the apartment there is a selection of over 50 waterside restaurants to choose from as well as small bars and shops. Should you not wish to wander far, then the apartment also has a well equipped kitchen providing facilities to prepare meals at home. Located on the first floor of a quiet and secure apartment block, the accommodation boasts the advantage of off street private parking and a 50 foot communal swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces. Other facilities provided for a comfortable stay are Sat TV, DVD player and air conditioning.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Arrival day entrance from 2pm onwards. Departure day villa to be vacated by 10am.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: Full bathroom with bath (shower over), sink unit, WC and bidet.
Kitchen: Leading off from the living room, the kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and vitro ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle plus all other necessary pans, crockery and cutlery.
Utility Room: Adjoined to the kitchen area it houses a sink unit as well as the washing machine and doors to the balcony.
Living Rooms: The spacious lounge/dining room has a circular dining table with four chairs, sofa, 2 arm chairs, TV (English Channels), DVD player, exterior doors leading to the balcony.
Other: The entrance of the apartment leads to a hall from which all rooms are distributed, this is where the air con machine is, and therefore by keeping all internal doors open and external ones closed, the whole apartment can benefit from this facility.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be clean for arrival, towels and bed linen are included in the price. A weekly linen change (sheets and towels) is included if the stay is over 10 nights. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a supplement.

Notes on accommodation
Fans, travel cots, wooden cots, highchairs, safety gates and other baby equipment can be hired for a supplement.

Coast/Beach
Situated in the heart of the Port of Mahon, the nearest beach (Sa Mesquida) is a 10 minute drive away. Many other beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Son Bou, etc) can be reached within a 20 minute drive. For those not wishing to hire a car, there are regular bus services from the centre of Mahon to various beaches.

Golf
Menorca's only Golf Course at Son Parc is a 20 minute drive away.

Travel
Mahon airport is a 10 min drive away, due to the location of the apartment, car hire is not essential but recommended if wishing to explore Menorca's coast line and countryside. There is a regular bus and Taxi Service available to the Port of Mahon from the airport.

Distances
There is a host of restaurants, shops and bars below the apartment building. Mahon's historical town centre with its promenades and designer shops is just a 7 min walk away. This is the perfect base for exploring the island of Menorca with all areas reachable within a maximum 45 min drive.
