Located in a quiet residential cul de sac in Cala Llonga/Cala Egos, the villa has 4 bedrooms (one ensuite), 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining room leading to a shaded terrace and private pool. It is only a few minutes walk from the main Cala Egos and Marina bars, restaurants and shops. It is also a five minute walk to Cala d`Es Pou beach.

Prices for late and repeat bookings are negotiable.
Changeover day
Usually Saturday but we try to be as flexible as possible.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is tiled throughout with portable fans provided. The villa is suitable for families and a cot and high chair are available. The pool is not fenced and children must be supervised. The upstairs bedrooms are accessed by external stairs and therefore have an amount of privacy. The BBQ is a small portable one. There is also a safe in the villa.
Outside
The villa has a small grassed area and a large sun terrace with sunbeds. The private pool is 6mtrs x 4mtrs. The upstairs roof terrace is secluded.
Coast/Beach
Cala d`Es Pou beach is situated about 5 mins walk from the villa. There are a futher 6 beaches within a 10 min drive. The land train which stops close to the villa provides regular transport to many of the surrounding beaches.
Golf
The excellent Val d'Or golf course is approximately 10 mins drive away. The course has 18 holes with excellent views to the sea. It has a large clubhouse with bar and restaurant. Trolley and buggy and club hire is available. The course is open all year and booking is advisable during busy times.
Travel
Mallorca's airport in Palma is approximately 35-40min drive from Cala D'or. Taxis are available outside the arrival lounge at approx 85 euros each way. We can advise on car hire. Car hire is not essential but it is recommended to explore the island.
Distances
The villa is 5 mins walk from the beach and the main restaurants bars and shops of Cala Egos. The Marina with its restaurants etc is a similar distance away. The centre of Cala D'or is a beautiful 20 min walk around the Marina. A land train offers transport to the centre and surrounding beaches on a regular basis.
Further details
Cala Egos has a very good local supermarket which will provide all your needs. There are also a number of banks, shops, chemists and car/bike hire shops. There is also a taxi rank in Cala Egos.
Booking notes
A £100 non refundable deposit will confirm your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Payment by cheque or electronic transfer. We require a £100 damage deposit which will be refunded after your visit subject to no breakages, damage and the return of keys.
