Outside
There are two terraces at first floor level and a large roof terrace. Terrace furniture includes a table and 6 chairs. A gas Bar B Que is also available. There is a small planted garden to the rear of the property.
Coast/Beach
Cala San Esteban is ideal for swimming but for those who prefer beaches ther are many close by, the nearest being Cala Mesquida which is 12 minute drive. Es Grau is about 15 minutes away. Binibeca beach on the south coast is around a 25 minute drive and Santo Thomas in centre of the island is 30 minutes away.
Golf
The 18 hole golf course of Son Parc is around a 30 minute drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is only 10 minutes drive from this villa. Car hire is recommended, nearest shop is 5 minutes drive.
Distances
Cala San Esteban is five minutes drive from the village of Es Castell. A short walk from the village is the cove of Calasfons where one can dine at the waterfront at one of the many restaurants. Port of Mahon is 10 minutes drive away where there are many shops restaurants bars etc.
Further details
The village of Es Castell (5 minutes drive) has many shops, banks cafes, post office, markets etc.

All bookings via email. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remainder is due 6 weeks before the rental.
