This attractive villa and private pool, stands in it's own grounds on a pine hillside, with superb views and sunsets, overlooking the sea and islands just 3km from San Antonio and just 1km from the sandy cove of Cala Salada. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic. This is an ‘up-market’ part of the Island away from the Ibiza party image which however can still be sampled in the evening, less than 5 minutes car ride away in San Antonio. The view from the lounge terrace is quite something and you will want to take pictures of the sunsets. There is also a spacious pool terrace and roof terrace. Sunbeds are located on all 3 terraces. Solar assisted heating to all 3 showers and bath mean there's usually plenty of hot water. Other features are Sky TV, BBC and ITV, DVD and audio amp for your iPod, Wi-Fi internet access (bring your laptop). There are many nice restaurants nearby which are listed in the house book.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but there may be occasions ( but not usually high season) that this can be flexible. Arrival time after 2pm. Depart before 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Lounge terrace has dining table and chairs to dine 6 under covered section outside lounge French windows. BBQ is at end of lounge terrace. Superb sunsets and views out to the Islands and even the mountains on the mainland on a clear day (binoculars in villa).

Accessibility
We regret that this villa has no yet been modified for wheelchair access. The villa has a number of steps up to the door so may not be suitable to anyone having particular difficulty with steps.
Outside
3 terraces in total: large secluded pool terrace (approx 200sqm) with sunbeds, sun hammocks, large parasol, table and chairs. Pool house with further table and chairs for a shaded lunch. Pool is 8x4m depth; 2m to 1m. Underwater lights for your midnight swim. Second lounge terrace approx 55sqm with sunbeds, table and chairs to dine 6 under covered part outside lounge French windows. BBQ, superb views. Third terrace on roof (shared with 2m satellite dish and solar panel). Totally secluded for that all-over tan. Lovely views. A couple of sunbeds (you can move up others from the lounge terrace just down the few steps). Gardens include terraced gardens with cactus plants, flowers and various recently planted fruit trees (sorry no fruit just yet).
Coast/Beach
The local Cove/Beach of Cala Salada is 8-10 mins walk. Nice sandy beach with sunbeds and parasols (small fee) Clean water. No bus or boat service from town so no rowdies. Nice restaurant and beach bar. Also 15 mins walk away is Punta Galera where you can bask on the rocks and dive into the clear water. Many other beaches, many with restaurants are 10-20 mins drive. The Villa notes-book lists these. Boat trips to Formentera, Vedra etc are available from San Antonio harbour.
Golf
There are two golf courses in Club de Golf Ibiza just 20 minutes away by car ; one 9 hole and one 18 hole. Although it’s a private club, anyone can play here. The green fee for one day is 72 euros. You can hire an electric cart for an extra 24 euros. The club has a restaurant, but if you are not a member you’ll have to pay 72 euros! to eat there. The club also has a putting green and driving range. You can rent all your equipment here too.
Special interest holidays
There are over five horsemanship schools on the island. Horse riding is a big thing here. The horse is a very well respected animal and horsemanship is an integral part of the island’s history and culture.
Diving and snorkelling - The luminous waters surrounding Ibiza are perfect for scuba diving and snorkeling will open your eyes to a whole new world, but diving here will completely overwhelm your senses. Anyone can go diving regardless of age or experience. If it’s your first time, don’t worry; there are plenty of experts on the island who will safely guide you through the training. There are dives sites suitable for both beginner and advanced. It’s a fascinating adventure. Some of the dives are breathtaking, even for advanced veterans of the sport. Submerged shipwrecks act as homes for a wide variety of spectacular underwater life. These surreal underwater landscapes with caves, luminescent fish at night, shoals of fish during the day, are really something.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 20 mins from the villa full arrival details will be sent by email. Taxi from Airport is 28 euros. Car hire is recommended for freedom and flexibility. Book it early for August. Villa to San Antonio is 4 mins by car, Ibiza town is 20 mins. Airlines flying to Ibiza are Easyjet, Jet2, Thomsonfly, BMI Baby, Air Berlin, Clickair and more. Ferries arrive from Barcelona, Denia & Palma.

It’s pool and facilities are for the enjoyment of the guests on the booking list. If you are a group of 6 guys or 6 girls looking for somewhere to invite friends in for noisy all-night parties, then you prefer to look elsewhere.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit will be required when booking is confirmed. The final instalment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday together with a 600 euro security deposit which will be returned on, or within a week of, departure ( less any possible stoppages for breakages or excess cleaning).
