Beautifully decorated villa, furnished to a very high standard. The property is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean walled garden, with terraces, sun loungers, a dining table and chairs that overlook the 8x4m pool, plus a large wicker sofa and chairs for relaxing outside. It has gas BBQ, a second separate outside dining area and satellite TV plus DVD/video and stereo. Trebaluger is a quiet semi-rural village full of charm and character, with a well stocked supermarket within a 5 min walk selling excellent fresh meats, fruit, vegetables and freshly baked bread. Whilst Trebaluger doesn’t boast it’s own beach, you’re never very far from the sea. Within a 10 min. drive is the beautiful harbour of Cales Fonts in Es Castell and the elegant port of Mahon, all boasting a myriad of restaurants. The sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Alcalfar, Binibequer and Binissafuller are again within a 10 minute drive, and the pretty cove at Cala Rafalet is within walking distance from the villa.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally on a Friday. Arrival after 2pm, departure before 10am. Special arrangements may be possible to match flights on other days, particularly in the low season.

Cleaning/towels/

The house is fully prepared for your arrival. All linen and bath towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis, if you require extra cleaning during your stay this can be provided and would be charged at 15 euros per hr. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa accommodates 6 people, if an extra bed or cot is required the cost would be: Extra person [7th] £100 and cot £30. The villa has recently been renovated to a very high standard. It has constant hot water and full gas central heating.

Outside
Terracing around private pool (8m x 4m), with sun loungers and umbrella, is totally enclosed and not overlooked. It benefits from the sun all day long.
Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches at Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binisafua and Binibeca are 10 minutes away.
Golf
25 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
Tennis, sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving and cricket are all within easy reach. Much of the island is now protected as a UNESCO 'Reserva de Biosfera' which makes it a favourite for walkers, birdwatchers and wild flower enthusiasts, particularly in the Spring. Archeologists are catered for too, with numerous sites to visit.
