Changeover day
As the majority of flights leave the UK on a Friday, this is the changeover day. Low season other days may be available.

Notes on accommodation
In addition to the TV, there is a video, DVD and CD player. An enclosed electric fan provides heating for the those low season cooler nights.
Accessibility
The apartment is located on the ground floor, To access, you go down two sets of stairs, as the property is built into the cliff, and from the patio to the pool you go down one set of stairs. The stairs are wide with hand rail.
Outside
Large patio with built in BBQ, table and 8 chairs, sunbeds and access to pool. The shared pool is 16 metres long by 8 metres wide.
Coast/Beach
There are two beaches in Arenal. The first is 3 minutes walk located at White Sands and the main white sandy beach is 5 minutes walk. All downhill on the way to the beach!
Golf
There is a 18 Hole golf course opened 6 years ago in Son Parc which takes 15 minutes by car. There is a driving range and club house on-site.
Travel
Mahon is the airport in Menorca. The apartment is 12 miles from the airport on the north side of the island. Taxis complete the journey in less than 20 minutes and charged 28 Euro's in 2010. Car hire can be arranged from the airport (booked in advance). It is not essential to have a car unless you want to explore the real Menorca and it's villages.
Distances
The apartment is two minutes walk from all facilities including, bars, two supermarkets , restaurants, car hire, cash machine and hotel. The centre of Arenal is a 5 minute walk. There are a dozen places to eat with a variety of choice from Spanish to English. Taxi rank is 5 minutes walk or can be phoned for pick up. Bus stop to Mahon 100 metres.
Booking notes
Deposit per week is £100 and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A simple booking form and deposit secures the apartment. The keys and full information are received 4 weeks prior to departure. I have two agents on the island who are available if you have any issues.

I am married family man with six children. I purchased my apartment in 1997 from new and have had some fantastic holidays in Menorca. Visited the island more than 20 times and keep getting drawn back, so thought I would own a liitle bit of it.

It is in a fantastic position on the headland with great views. A small complex of 10 apartments and a very large pool. Set in a quiet location but only a short walk to the beach and bars.
Unique benefits of the property
Great for families. Great views and in a quiet location. Near everthing in Areanal De'n Castell and 15 minutes drive from the only 18 hole golf course on the island. It is a very large apartment with everything you need for a great holiday!
