It has stunning mountains and distant sea views. It is perfect for two families as there are very beautiful gardens with many Palm and Cypress trees and spacious lawns for children. The airy interiors have traditional beamed ceilings, terracotta and stone floors, and the rooms are tastefully furnished. There is a large conservatory breakfast room to the side and a mature vine covered terrace to the rear, both suitable for alfresco dining. Adjacent to the pool there is a summer kitchen with a covered built-in barbecue area with terrace and electric sun awning. Within the beautiful and private garden there is a large 14.5m x 5m pool (heating extra), an outdoor shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning, 4 lovely large bathrooms and the property has full Sky TV, WIFI access. IPod player. Electric gates and a traditional well.

Notes on accommodation
Very beautiful setting suitable for two families, the principal bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the house so it is very private and just 10 mins from either Pollensa, Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia. Cots and high chair available.
Outside
Large 14.5m x 5m private swimming pool, (can be heated at extra cost) with large areas of stone terracing and sun shades. The 2 acre garden has areas of fig trees, cypress trees, olive trees, palm trees, lawn areas, vine covered terrace. Summer kitchen with BBQ, fridge/freezer, electric sun awning, teak and mosaic dining tables with teak chairs.
Coast/Beach
Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia or Bonaire beaches all approx 10 minutes by car.
Golf
Alcanada is a really beautiful 18 hole golf course (10 mins)with sea views from most holes that must be seen even for non players who can have lunch.
Pollensa Golf is a pretty 9 hole course (5 mins) drive.
Travel
Palma Airport 35 minutes on motorway.
Distances
7 km Pollensa or Alcudia.
