Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For long winter lets please speak to me regarding a discount.
Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday. Arrival 3pm. Departure 10am in high season, but in other months by negotiation.

Accessibility
The villa is all on one level with steps leading down to the lower terrace.
Outside
There is a large wooden table on the terrace with 6 chairs which we use for most meals. Also, a smaller circular table with 4 chairs. There is a comfortable couch which seats 3 and 2 relaxing chairs at one end of the terrace. On the lower terrace is a BBQ. We do have a free standing 15 foot diameter swimming pool which is in place for the summer months.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 local beaches 5 mins drive by car or a 10 min walk. Both are quiet beaches used mainly by Mallorcan people. One of them has a bar which sells snacks and drinks. Both beaches have life guards and are safe for children
Golf
The neawly built Club de Golf Alcanada is just 5km away and the Pollenca Golf Course (9 hole) is 7km away.
Travel
Palma airport is a 50 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is readily available from there. Because of the location of the villa it would be necessary to rent a car however it is possible to walk to Old town Alcudia which would take about 20 mins.
Distances
Old Town Alcudia is a 10 min drive where there are all the shops you will need including a very good supermarket. Puerto Pollenca is a 20 min car drive around the bay and Palma is an hour by train which leaves from San Pablo a 15 min car ride away.
Further details
In Old Town Alcudia you will find some very good restaurants, a twice weekly market, supermarkets, cafes, banks and interesting craft shops to visit.

Will require a £100 deposit on booking and the balance plus £100 damage deposit 4 weeks prior to holiday.
