Prices are in UK pounds per week. There is a £100 discount for a 2 week booking. Winter and long lets are also available, contact owners for details.
Changeover day
Changeover day is a Friday. The villa MUST be vacated by 10.00 am on the date of departure, and arrivals NO earlier than 2.00 pm allow adequate time for villa cleaning.

Towels and linen are included (NOT beach towels) and are changed weekly. The property will be cleaned ready for your arrival. |

Outside
Large terrace to front of property. Side terrace with private pool, built in barbeque, patio table with chairs, sun umbrellas and loungers.
Coast/Beach
The safe, sandy beach can be reached by local 'fun train' or a 15 minute walk downhill. On the beach there are 2 bars and restaurants, serving a variety of snacks and drinks, also a shop. The beach is manned by a lifeguard.
Golf
An 18 hole golf course at Son Parc. Open daily all year round. About a 30 minute drive from Cala' n Porter.
Travel
Mahon airport is about a 15 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the airport or in Cala 'n Porter (Information can be given at time of booking) and is recommended to see the whole island. For non drivers there are taxis available locally and a bus service into Mahon.
Distances
The capital Mahon with its port and harbour is about 25 minutes drive away. Market days Tuesdays and Saturdays. Cuitadella 45 minutes away. The old capital, well worth a visit. Fornells on the the north coast of the island (40 minutes drive) has some wonderful fish restaurants, good enough for King Juan Carlos! Also San Climent about 10 minutes away has a bakery, chocolate shop, banks, bars and a spar supermarket. Son Bou which has a fabulous beach can be reached within 25 minutes.
Further details
In Cala 'n Porter there are 3 large supermarkets, bank and a money exchange, pharmacy and hairdresser. The numerous bars and restaurants are open from early morning to late at night for a variey of food and drinks. Most nights enterainment can be found ranging from quizzes to live music. Well worth a visit are the famous Caves of Xoroi, a short walk away from the centre of Cala 'n Porter.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit will be required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A further seperate cheque of £200 (to be sent with the final balance)will be required to cover any damages that may occur. When the apartment has been checked out and everything in order, the cheque will be returned to you.
