Outside
The villa has a private terrace looking out to the Mallorquin countryside. There is a table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining on the terrace as well as a BBQ. The villa has a pool and a tennis court.
Coast/Beach
The villa is the perfect spot to reach the many beaches Mallorca has to offer. The beaches on the southeast coast are only 30 minutes drive away and the beaches of the northeast are 40 minutes drive. These include Cala Mondrago, Colonia de Sant Jordi and Cala Mesquida.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in Mallorca. The courses of Vall D'or, Canyamel, Pulaand Capdepera are approximately 40 minutes from the villa.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. The villa is aproximately 50 minutes drive from the airport.
Distances
Son Castanyer is situated between the Mallorquin towns of Porreres and Montuiri. It is aproximately 5 kilometres to both towns where you will find local bars, restaurants, banks, bakers and small supermarkets.
