Cala D'or town is only 15 minutes walk and hosts an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The location provides easy access to all local amenities and is within walking distance of several beaches. The resort is particularly popular with families and couples and these impressive spacious apartments, which are maintained to a high standard, can comfortably accommodate 6 people. This new first floor apartment is immaculately furnished and benefits from full air conditioning/heating, a fully equipped kitchen and off road parking behind automated gates.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday to Saturday but alternatives can be arranged subject to availability.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom is very spacious with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing area and large en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suit bathroom to master with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and vanity basin.
Main bathroom with bath, bidet, shower, toilet and vanity basin.
Both decorated to high degree.
Kitchen: Integrated large kitchen with marble surfaces, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven and extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
Utility Room: Accessible from the kitchen with running water.
Living Rooms: Fully air-conditioned, large lounge and separate dining area, furnished to a high standard. Includes TV with English language satellite, radio channels, CD and DVD player. Dining area has a large table and 6 chairs.
Other: Large terrace accessible from lounge and bedroom 2 with table and chairs.

Bath towels and lines are included but please bring your own beach towels. For 2 week stays there will be a full clean and change of towels and linen.

Notes on accommodation
This luxurious accommodation is ideally suited to families with children of all ages and has full air conditioning and heating. It has double glazing throughout and has a large terrace running across the living room and bedroom 2. The terrace overlooks the very well maintained and mature communal gardens and pool and is fully furnished. There is also a safe in one of the bedrooms.

Outside
There is an external sun terrace which is accessible via the lounge or bedroom 2 which overlooks the communal gardens and large pool, and benefits from a large table and 6 chairs. Or you can relax on the sun loungers provided. The complex has security gates with private parking.

Coast/Beach
There are 7 sandy beaches in the vicinity of Cala DOr, 2 are within 5 mins walk. The best of all is Cala Mondrago in the National Park which has facilities: WC's, restaurant, beech bar, lifeguard and pedalo hire. This is easily reached by car, local taxies or use the seasonal train which goes through all the resorts and beaches.

Golf
The Val D'Or 18 hole golf course is only a ten minute drive and has a large clubhouse with a very good restaurant.

Special interest holidays
Ideal base for walking and cycling, particularly in out of season months. The Parque Natural de Mondrago is less than 5 mins by car. Swimming, tennis, fishing, golf, crazy golf, windsurfing, water skiing, jet ski hire, boat hire, horse riding are also available.

Travel
Palma international airport is 60km distance away and can be reached by car within 40 mins. Car hire is not essential once at the apartment, although it can be arranged locally or through us before traveling. Pick up from airport can also be arranged.

Distances
The marina is about 250 yards away. Cala D'or town can be reached within 10 minutes walk around the exclusive marina. Caves of Drach is 15 mins by car. Palma City with its beautiful cathedral and cosmopolitan shopping is only 40 mins drive away. Aqua city is 30 mins by car and Marineland is a 45 mindrive. More locally there are many facilities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks, chemist, doctors surgery and children's play area all within a short walk.

Further details
The harbour also has exclusive shops with the latest fashions and excellent restaurants. Closeby is a children's play area, 10 pin bowling and activity area with go carts, trampolines, mini crazy golf, pool table and air hockey. The town of Santanyi is 15 mins drive away and has an excellent street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays each week. Felanitx also has a Sunday morning market. A few miles further on you will find Cala Figuera, which is a working fishing village where you can see the boats unload and weigh their catch every day from 4pm onwards. Booking notes
Prices are shown for the week in UK Pounds and include use of a safe, weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels. A deposit of 30% is payable on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
