This villa sleeps 6 and is idyllically set in the quiet residential area of Son Vitamina. The front patio is the main focal point and affords comfortable lounge type seating for relaxing in the shade, complemented with views out to the large, private swimming pool which is beautifully lit for night time usage. An integral BBQ area enhances your Menorcan outdoor experience. To the rear of the property is an attractively landscaped rear garden, leading to 'green belt' and farmland. The living accommodation is reached from the front terrace and into the open plan lounge/dining area furnished in comfortable seating with large TV supporting Sky digital satellite facility (with full Sky package) and DVD player. The kitchen is fitted with microwave, fridge and gas cooker. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine. 2 of the air-conditioned bedrooms are downstairs, both with en-suite facilities. The master double bedroom is within the 'tower' with full en-suite and air-conditioning.

This property has a large private pool, 12mts x 4mts, which gently slopes from 1.2mt to 1.8mts deep, with underwater lighting to enjoy your midnight dip. Set in a secluded corner-plot garden, surrounded by farmland and greenbelt land, with a brick-build barbecue and large selection of poolside furniture to enhance your Menorcan 'outdoor' experience.

Coast/Beach
Within 10 minutes drive of the safe beach of Cala n' Porter and literally within 20 minutes of at least a further half a dozen beaches by car.

Golf
The excellent Son Parc Golf is a short 25/30 minute drive from the accommodation.

Special interest holidays
There are several fine scuba diving schools that service all of the best dive sites of this beautiful island and cater for all levels of experience.

Travel
Within a short 10 minute drive from Menorca's International airport.

Distances
5 minutes drive from the beautifully quaint village of San Clemente with its friendly local supermarket and several banks featuring cash points. The fabulous capital of Mahon with its incredible natural port is but a further 10 minutes away.

Price are based on 4 persons sharing per week in UK Sterling. Supplement payable for additional parties. Booking deposit of 25% (non-refundable) secures your reservation. The remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please note: all payments are non-refundable. High chairs and cots are available subject to a small further charge.
