'Ca'an Canals' is a totally renovated detached 4th generation stone faced finca 3km from the market town of Algaida. It has tiled floors throughout, thick original walls, wonderful original features decorate what was the family home. It has 2 kitchens and four reception rooms which make it ideal for one large family or two families sharing and/or house parties. Plenty of space for children both indoors and outdoors. Perfect for all seasons with air conditioning in the bedrooms and two large traditional fireplaces and heating throughout. There are three 1st floor terraces, two of which have sea views. The brand new pool is salt filtered, so there is no chlorine or other chemicals used - this ensures a wonderful 'soft' water feel when swimming. The valley is designated as a 'protected area' by the Mallorquin government and subsequently is labelled as an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children of all ages, the pool area is seperated by a gate which can be bolted shut. Paperback, DVD library and board games are available.

The private pool is 12x 5m, salt filtered. There is a purpose built BBQ next to the pool area. An unlimited supply of sunloungers are available, a gazebo for shaded dining, a shaded double seated swing sofa and two thatched sunshades in a secluded part of the pool area. There is plenty of parking space, exterior lighting and mature planting.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach at Cala Pi is 15 mins drive. The beaches at Arenal and Sa Rapita are 20 mins drive. The Es Trenc beach is 30 mins drive.

Golf
10 mins drive away are the 2 new Marriot Son Anton East and West 18 hole courses at Llucmajor. This facility also includes a 1st rate spa and gym - details of the extensive treatments are available, contact numbers for bookings etc. are in the house.

Travel
Palma airport is exactly 20 minutes drive, car hire is essential.

Distances
The local town of Algaida with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks is 3km away. The larger town of Llucmajor is less than 10 mins drive offering a spectacular market every Sunday and a brand new hypermarket. The city of Palma is 25 mins drive.

Further details
There are numerous excellent local restaurants within 5-10 mins drive from the house - they are all reasonably priced at 'locals' rates. Restaurant details, maps and recommendations are in the house.

Booking notes
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday, we require a 25% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date which is non refundable from due date unless the property can be re-let for that period.
