Accessibility
This building is situated on the top floor of a 10 storey building which has a lift, but is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The apartment has 3 different terraces to suit all tastes. The main big one, 82 sq.m., facing east and south has a dining area with a half roof and awnings in the middle. At the other end a big covered sitting area with comfortable big chairs and a table. The other end has a covered area for firewood storage, and for outdoor clothes drying. The second terrace of 45 sq.m. is open to 3 sides. North, East and South and has teak flooring and a big round bathtub for watching the stars at night and sun beds for relaxing soaking up the life giving sun. From this terrace you can view the sunsets behind the mountains. The 3rd terrace of 23 sq.m. is accessed through the main bedroom and also has teak flooring, an awning, deck chairs and views over a city square and the mountains and again the sunsets.
Coast/Beach
Palma beach is just 20 minutes walk away, but to reach most of Mallorca's spectacular little beaches and coves you would need to drive. Among special interest beaches I can recommend are Illetas, 10 minutes drive, or Portals Nous, 15 minutes drive, where you also find an attractive and upmarket restaurants and bars/clubs.
Golf
Golf Son Vida, 6 km. Golf Muntaner, 5 km. Golf Bendinat, 10 km.
Travel
Palma Airport is only 10 km away, a 10 minutes car ride. Cost around 17 euros.
Booking notes
25% deposit required at the time of booking by bank transfer and the rest in cash upon arrival. 700 euros cash deposit is charged in cash upon key turn over. 75 euros end of stay cleaning fee will be deducted before returning 625 euros on departure day, when the apartment is left as found.
