The town of Algaida is located in the centre of the island of Majorca. During the last years, several cycling paths have been set up. Majorca's 'Pla' (Central Plain) offers an excellent scenario for hiking or cycling and only a few metres from the house, begins a cycling path. Algaida is well-known for its excellent restaurants from typical Majorcan cuisine up to gastronomic delights which will satisfy the taste of any connoisseur. We particularly recommend the suckling-pig or lamb in the popular restaurant Ca'l Dimoni.
