Menorca is a small island (45 km x 15 km) and there are many easily accessible beaches and coves all round the island. Nearest beach is Es Grau 1o minutes drive. Other close beaches include Cala Mesquida, Punta Prima, Binisafulla all approx 15 minutes drive away. The long beach of Santa Tomas is located midway on the island and is approx 30 minutes drive.

Travel
The airport is located just outside Mahon and is ten minutes drive away.
Distances
The apartment is in Mahon which is the capital city and there are many shops, cafes and restaurants close bay. Ciutadella, the old capital is on the other side of the island approx 45 minutes drive. Mahon has many examples of georgian buildings whereas the old town of Ciutadella displays spanish/moorish influences. A visit to Fornells which is on the North side is also worth while.
