Accessibility
There is underground parking with a lift to the 1st floor, just a few steps from the apartment door. The gardens and pool area are flat and therefore very easy to walk around, not involving steps.

10 minutes drive to Club Nautico and Club de Mar yacht clubs and harbour. 15 minutes drive to Illetas beach with massage, beach bars and beautiful restaurants overlooking the bay of Palma. And a 20 minute drive to Puerto Portals with its many shops and restaurants.
Golf
Son Vida Golf course. Son Muntaner Golf course. Son Quint superior and the most demanding in Mallorca opens September 2007. All 5 minutes walk away.
Travel
20 minute drive from Palma Sant Juan airport. 8 minute drive to Palma port car ferry to Barcelona and Valencia. Car hire is available and essential for seeing the island.
However once in situ there are 2 famous 5 star hotels with beauty spas and 7 restaurants within minutes walk as are the golf courses of Son Vida. There is also a bus service to the nearest village and Palma. To leave Son Vida you need a car.
Distances
Son Rapinya is the nearest village, a 5 minute drive away. Palma is famous for its wonderful restaurants and its historic quaters. Masses of narrow streets with wonderful archtiecture, tapas bars, shops, churches and of course the famous Cathedral that towers over the city. International designer shops in the famous Jamie III and the Borne. Son Vida is ideally situated to join the main artery which takes you very quickly to most of the coast.

Within easy reach, 40 mins, is Deia with it's dramatic coast line and beautiful romantic village, 50 minutes drive north lies Pollensa and Formentor with its wonderful beaches. There are supermarkets, banks and shopping all available in Son Rapinya the local town.
