It has a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further 2 bedrooms, which share a bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The lounge/diner has leather sofas, digital TV, video, DVD player and a pine dining table and chairs. Outside, the villa has a terraced area and the remainder laid to lawn making an ideal children's play area or simply an area for adults to relax. There is a table and chairs on the terrace and a seperate garden table close to the barbeque area. The property has off-road parking and is fully enclosed making it ideal for families with children. The beautiful secluded beach is about 5 minutes away and can be accessed by steps, road or by the road train.
