Nearby main roads lead to the craggy Peninsula of Formentor with its spectacular view. The picturesque old town of Pollensa and skirting Pollensa bay, the walled city of Alcudia and the nature reserve of Albufereta. Just beyond Pollensa winding roads lead to the heights of the Tramuntana mountains and the monastery enclave of Lluc.

Palma airport is just over 50 kilometres away. Car hire is recommended for excursions beyond the immediate vicinity. There are bus services to Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor, and Formentor beach can also be reached by boat.

Further details
There is a supermarket close by in El Pinaret. The centre of Puerto Pollensa has a full range of shops, including a larger supermarket (and one specialising in British goods), and restaurants. Pollensa has a variety of stylish shops, art galleries and top-quality restaurants.
