What are you looking for when you are on holiday? Good weather, nice accommodation in a nice and quite area? We can't do anything about the weather but I can tell you that we have put our souls in to make this apartment as a 'home' and not 'just a vacation flat'. The lovely terrace (70 sq.m.) offers nice furniture, sunbeds, plants and BBQ. It is really nice to relax with a family BBQ after a day on the beach. Recently we refurbished the bathrooms so today you can enjoy two modern bathrooms. A new fully fitted kitchen with an open area helps you to conversate when you prepare the dinner. Puerto Pollensa offers so much, enjoy the beaches, have a stroll along the Pinewalk with its laid-back atmosphere or visit one of many good restaurants. If you like to discover the mountains or play golf or tennis it is your choice... Feel spoilt in our accommodation!

There is no lift. The apartment is on level with terrace for easy, suitable access for disabled.
Outside
70 sqm big terrace with sunbeds, dining furniture and BBQ. Half covered so you can choose between sun or reading a book in the shadow. Partly seaview and mountains view. A lot of space for the children.
Coast/Beach
You have the beach only 30 meters from the apartment. Normaly the water temperature is a little bit warmer because of the horseshoe shaped bay.
Golf
Alcanada Golf and Country Club is just 8 km away. Pollenca Golf Club is only 4 km away.
Travel
Palma airport is 60 km away and the road is very nice.
Distances
Alcudia 9 km. Shopping in Palma 60 km.
Further details
Covered parking in the shade which is necessary in the summer time. Small supermarkets with fresh bread, drinks and most of goods you need just around the corner. Stroll along the Pinewalk takes 10 minutes into the center of Puerto Pollensa. Restaurants app. 2-10 minutes walk.
