Prices are for each property per week in euros and occasionaly (by prior arrangement be paid in uk sterling) using www.xe.com to give current exchange at time of booking. We are always ready to negotiate for out of season rental pricing or small number occupancy. We give 'very short notice bookings' (7 days or less) a 25% discount (full payment at time of booking for these). Discounts also available and by negotiation for longer term occupancy.
Changeover day
Fully flexible and we whenever possible will endeavour to house you or at least your luggage around your flight times.

Both of these apartments are fully equipped and beautifully decorated and have all modern and necessary comforts for your vacation. Both apartments are very clean and bright airy properties with fantastic views out of the harbour.

No lift as only 3 floors. Six privately owned apartments.

Both apartments have tables and chairs for dining or relaxing. Both are absolutely waterfront and face harbour.
Coast/Beach
Within easy 10 min drive / taxi drive / or bus service to various of the fabulously and world renowned clean and safe Menorcan beaches.
Golf
Famous 'Son Parc' golf course approx 25 min drive.
Special interest holidays
These apartments are beautifully situated and the ever changing light conditions on the water provide a fantastic location to relax, paint, read, or sit and enjoy watching all the port activity and all the various and numerate liners that pass by heading to the end of the port.
Travel
Upon arrival, you are a mere 5-6 min. drive or taxi ride from these apartments. There is also a shuttle bus from airport that stops outside the apartments, this bus stop also will give you access to the entire island if you want to utilise the very efficient and economic bus service.
Booking notes
To confirm booking, 25% deposit of rental price, then, rental balance and 200 (refundable) euro security deposit due 4wks prior to arrival. Payment with, Bank transfer, or Paypal. Renters must pay all charges.

House swap considered. Especially Spanish peninsular and UK, but anything considered.
