The villa is situated right on the cliffs in Cala Pi, with amazing views over the sea. There is a large garden, with sun beds and outdoor dining furniture. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles, one en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom. There is a double sofa bed on the mezzanine floor, a dining room and ample lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is off road car parking for 2 cars.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. However we have a 2 week minimum stay. Changeover day is Saturday, however during off peak season we are flexible about this.

Coast/Beach
The beach of Cali Pi is a 10 minute walk. It is a very secluded beach.
Golf
There are plenty of golf courses on the island, the nearest is about 20 minutes drive.
Travel
The airport is 20 minutes drive away, and the port is 30 minutes away.
Distances
The nearest town, after Cala Pi is Llucmajor, a 15 minute drive away. There are numerous beaches either side of Cali Pi. Palma centre is 30 minutes away.
Booking notes
We ask for 25% when the booking is made and the balance 6 weeks prior to your arrival. We also ask for a 200 euro deposit against damages which we return when we check you out of the villa.
