Changeover day
We do not have designated changeover days and are quite flexible to guests needs, however we do require guests to vacate the apartment by 10am and for new guests not to arrive until after 4pm - unless by prior arrangement.

Accessibility
Ground floor with level, easy access to the pools and on site amenities.
Outside
550 sqm pool just outside the private garden, although very quiet and peaceful. No bathing in the pool allowed after 10pm and before 9am.
Coast/Beach
Within 5 minutes walk you reach the beach of Porto Adriano.
2 minutes driving to Santa Ponsa beach, Port Adriano - 5 mins walk. Santa Ponsa "Little Beach" is only 2 mins by car, whilst the main Santa Ponsa beach is 4/5 mins. Magaluf 7 minutes, Aqua Park, Western World 5 mins. Puerto Portals 10 mins and Camp de Mar 15 mins. All beaches sandy with restaurants nearby.
Golf
Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities offering all year round sport. Over 17 golf courses on the island varying from level to hilly. Santa Ponsa, Poniente and Royal Bendinat are within 10 minutes by car. To the South West is Golf D'Andratx, to the East - Son Vida, Son Entem, Son Termens. It is possible to play a different style of course every day!

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance and a £250 security deposit becoming payable 8 weeks before your arrival. If you are arriving late at night, we can arrange for some provisions to be bought and left in the apartment (paid locally).
