Changeover day
Rentals normally run form Saturday to Saturday with access to the house from 4pm on the day of arrival and exit by 10.30am on the day of departure. Please contact us for any special requirements.

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for year-round rental as it has full central heating and air conditioning in each bedroom. Wireless Internet connection throughout. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests we have a strict policy of no smoking and no pets. The property is really only suitable for children over 8 years old. House cost is fixed regardless of number of tenants. i.e. price remains same for 2 or 6 tenants.
Outside
Outdoor & Indoor living/dining areas with sofas and 3 dining table options for up to 8 people. Each area creates a different ambiance with stunning views over the village, mountains and Soller Valley. Private gym with air con and TV. Beautiful terraces with olive trees creating shady spots for quiet relaxation. Swimming pool (6m x 3m)for sole use of guests with an uninterrupted backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. Sun loungers, garden sofas and armchairs for 6 people. Dining table and chairs on both covered terraces (choice of sun or shade, Village or Valley view).
Coast/Beach
5 min drive to enchanting Soller or a 10 min drive to lively Port de Soller with its beaches, restaurants and busy marina. For an unforgettable beach experience, drive (20 mins), walk or cycle to Cala Deia a stunning pebbly cove offering crystal waters, fabulous snorkelling and great cliff top fish 'shack' restaurant.
Golf
Son Termens golf course is a 20 minute drive towards S'Esglaieta through the Soller tunnel. Tennis, 5 top class clay courts within 5 minutes drive and 1 hard court within 5 minutes walk (2 x racquets and balls in house for tenant use).

50% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival,
