This is a brand new complex set in a lovely quiet area. Complete with every mod con, it has a large balcony with patio doors leading from the lounge and master bedroom with views overlooking the pools and garden area. Situated between Sa Coma and Cala Millor, it is only a 10 mins walk to both with their sandy beaches, fronted by wide promenades. There are a variety of Spanish and English restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to hypermarket to cater for your every need. Within walking distance there are tennis courts, a golf driving range, horse riding, a safari zoo, a tourist train connecting Sa Coma to Cala Millor, scenic walks through the national park, bicycle rental, scuba diving, glass bottom boats and a variety of watersports etc.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover Saturday to Saturday but
arrival and departure days and times may be flexible to fit in with your plans.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed. Large fitted wardrobes, ample storage, patio doors leading to balcony, overlooking pool and gardens.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes and ample storage.
Bathrooms: Large family bathroom with bath/shower over, wash basin and WC.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob fitted with extractor, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Utility Room: Large sink. Automatic washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: Lounge area is furnished with a 3 and 2-seater sofas, coffee table, side table and storage unit. It is equipped with LCD TV, DVD player.
Open plan dining area with table and 4 chairs.
Other: Large south facing private balcony accessed from either lounge or double bedroom. Providing table, chairs and sun loungers (with views of pool and gardens).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bedding supplied, will be changed at the end of the rental period or by prior arrangement.
Note - beach towels not included.

Notes on accommodation

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but is allowed on the balcony.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the third floor. It is accessed by a lift or staircase direct to the front door or garage. making easy access for wheelchair users.

Outside
Landscaped gardens and patio areas surround the swimming pool. There is also a separate shallow children's pool. Pools are only available to the guests and residents of the complex.

Coast/Beach
It is 10 minute walk from the apartment to the resort's beach, which caters particularly well for children who make the most of the wide sandy beach with its broad shallow shelf of clear, blue water. The beach has ‘Blue Flag’ status for cleanliness, water quality and safety. The beach is fronted by a wide promenade lined with restaurants, bars and shops.

Golf
There are 4 golf courses within 10-20 mins drive. 3 x 18 hole (Golf de Pula, Capdepera golf and Golf Canyamel), and 1 x 9 hole (Golf Son Servera). A golf driving range is only 3 mins walk from the apartment.

Special interest holidays
10 minutes walk from the apartment, adjacent to the beach, is a horse riding ranch. There is also a safari zoo to which there is a regular bus service from Sa Coma. There is also a spa complex in Sa Coma (Biomar Wellness Centre). Tennis courts are plentiful.

Travel
From San Joan airport in Palma it is approximately a 45 minute drive. It is not essential to hire a car as there are taxis from the airport, or we can arrange for transport from airport to the apartment book able in advance. For this service you pay the driver directly. Please contact me for details and charges.
If you would like to explore the island independently, it would be advisable to rent a car as there is so much to see.

Distances
It is a 5 minute drive to Cala Millor where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Porto Cristo is also a 10 minute drive where you can visit the famous Caves of Drach.
Regular bus service in Sa Coma to Manacor and Palma, including trips to local markets.
From the nearby harbour there is the glass-bottomed boat that runs hourly and travels up and down the coast.

Further details
Many nice bars and restaurants are close by with all the shops, banks and clinics that will ever be needed.
Self-caterers will find a good selection of food at the Caprabo hypermarket on the Avinguda de les Palmeres. The resort and its neighbours have numerous shops and boutiques selling souvenirs and goods attractive to tourists. For a traditional market take the bus to the nearby town of Son Servera on Friday morning.
Apart from a host of water sports (equipment and pedalo boats are for hire along the promenade) there are tennis and squash courts, horse-riding, mini-golf, bowling, go-carting, and bicycling facilities.
Children especially enjoy the Golf Paradis 54-hole mini golf course set among fountains, waterfalls and palm trees, and the Cala Millor safari park, where apes, gazelles, elephants and ostriches are among the animals that roam in a simulated natural environment and can be viewed from a safari bus.
Also on offer are several sightseeing boat trips and excursions to attractions on the island like the Caves of Ham and Drac, with stalactites, stalagmites and an underground lake.

If you wish to book please contact us via e-mail or telephone. We will require a 20% non-refundable deposit within 1 week of your booking request. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the rental period or by arrangement. A £100 refundable security deposit will also be required with the final balance.
