Standing in over one and a half acres of its own enclosed grounds this villa enjoys a rather private setting. With mature trees and shrubs plus the enclosed pool area it is the one of the most tranquil of holiday locations and yet it is within half a mile of the traditional Menorcan town of Alaior. Alaior is a thriving market town with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and places of interest historically dating back for many centuries. The 4km beach of Son Bou on the south coast is a 10 minute car journey whilst the more cove like beaches of Arenal d’en Castell and Na Macaret on the North Coast will take about 15 mins to reach by car. Mahon and the airport are around a 20 minute drive.

Accessibility
Although the villa is all on one level, there are a few steps around including to the pool area. However, car access is good and can get with in a few meters of the front door or the front terrace.
Outside
There is outdoor furniture and purpose built barbecue and covered terrace which can host a most delightful evening.
The family sized pool is private and walled and has the use of sun loungers etc.
Coast/Beach
The 4 kilometre beach of Son Bou on the south coast is a 10 minute car journey whilst the more cove like beaches of Arenal d’en Castell and Na Macaret on the North Coast will take about 15 minutes to reach by car.
Golf
Set on the spectacular north coast of the holiday island of Menorca, Golf Son Parc opened the final phase of its 18-hole redevelopment in August 2006. Designed by renowned golf architect Dave Thomas (designer of the many top courses including San Roque and the Belfry, host of 4 Ryder cups). Golf Son Parc is special in so many ways. Travel
Alaior is relatively central to the island and makes reaching most destinations relatively easy and quick. Both Mahon harbour and the airport are a mere 20 minute drive away.
Distances
Alaior is Menorca's third largest town, with a population of approximately 7,000. Situated a km down the road from El Molino (or 12km from Mahon), it is a charming town with narrow winding streets, white washed houses and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
Further details
In Alaior's ancient streets you can discover the Church of Santa Eulalia, rebuilt at the end of the 17th Century in a Baroque style. Another 17th Century Church, San Diego, once a Franciscan convent, has ancient cloisters which have been converted into modern villas set around a courtyard. This is known as the "Pati de sa Lluna" - the moon courtyard - and in summer features workshops, concerts and folk dancing.
